The cebette is regularly confused with the spring onion, even though it is a very different variant. Indeed, this plant is distinguished by its underdeveloped bulb, which has taken an elongated shape to the point of merging with its stem.

Finally, it can be consumed in spring, summer and fall(from May to October).
