Mint

Mint is a delicious aromatic plant that flavors dishes from all over the world: salads, cocktails, lemonades or fruit juices, hot or cold soups, teas, ice creams... It is also one of the most used medicinal plants for its antiseptic, analgesic, stimulating and astringent properties.

The use of mint is infinite and a bouquet of mint can be used to :

  • flavouring a vinaigrette
  • to flavour the cooking water of vegetables and potatoes when steamed
  • flavouring the butter
  • to flavour pastries in association with chocolate
  • flavouring ice cubes
  • develop an inhalation for coughs or colds
  • to perfume the water of a bath
  • repel garden insects and pet pests
