FRESNO

Very tasty, the Fresno pepper can be eaten green in summer, or red in autumn, when it has reached maturity. Ideal for salsa and ceviche.

Red habanero pepper

HABANERO RED

A small, highly fragrant pepper with a characteristic fruity flavor. It is only eaten cooked in dishes, and is removed before serving.

RED BIRD

This long, fine pepper has fruity, sweet notes. Very powerful and long on the palate, it is one of the strongest chillies in the world.
