Sea bass simply grilled with oregano

  • 1 bar of 800 g
  • 10 sprigs of oregano
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • A dash of pastis
  • Coarse salt and pepper
  1. Carefully trim the sea bass. Inside, add the bunch of oregano.
  2. Oil the outside of the sea bass and cook it on the plancha, on the barbecue or in the oven, watching it carefully. As soon as the flesh is cooked, place the sea bass in a serving dish and without waiting, sprinkle with a little coarse salt, pepper, sprinkle with pastis and flambé immediately.

Serve with a potato mash prepared with a little olive oil, chopped basil and chives.
