Mashed potatoes with chives

Recipe for mashed potatoes with chives
  • 450g of potatoes
  • 1 nice bunch of chives
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • 8 cl of milk
  • Nutmeg
  • Flower of salt
  • Mill Pepper
  1. Put the washed, peeled and quartered potatoes in a pot filled with salted water. Cook at a low simmer.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the milk.
  3. As soon as the cooking is over, drain and mash the potatoes while they are still hot, adding the drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Then add the hot milk, a little grated nutmeg, the fleur de sel and mix.
  5. Chop the chives and mix again.
  6. In the serving dish, decorate by crossing 2 long chive leaves in the middle of the dish.

Serve hot.
