Flat parsley

Flat leaf parsley is a variety of parsley with an intense flavor that resists well to heat. It is an aromatic plant with smooth leaves whose stem can reach up to 50 centimeters. More fragrant than curly parsley, it is suitable for the preparation of hot dishes to which it gives intense aromas.

Flat parsley can be used in all sorts of preparations, in a Lebanese tabbouleh, a broth, a mixed salad, an omelette... More fragile than curly parsley, keep flat parsley in the freezer or in a glass of water in the refrigerator.
