Dill sauce

Dill sauce recipe
  • 1 jar of fresh cream
  • 5 to 6 sprigs of dill
  • 5 to 6 sprigs of chives
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Crushed pepper and fleur de sel
  • A few drops of olive oil
  1. Chop the dill and chives very finely.
  2. In a bowl, place the crème fraîche, dill and chives, lemon juice, fleur de sel and cracked pepper. Add a few drops of olive oil and whisk vigorously.

The chives give this light sauce a very fresh and subtle garlic touch.
The salmon gravlax and sauce can be served with blinis or wholemeal bread. They are a light, gourmet dish that is so easy to prepare!
